Project background
Kaolin is a kind of nonmetallic ore and clay and clay rock which is dominated by kaolinite clay mineral. Because it is white and exquisite, it is also known as dolomite. Pure kaolin is pure white and fine, and is a soft soil with good plasticity and fire resistance and other physical and chemical properties. It is mainly used in papermaking, ceramics and refractories, followed by coating, rubber packing, glaze and white cement raw materials.
Customer requirements
The kaolin grinding powder equipment purchased by Pakistan customers is mainly used for processing of kaolin ores whose size of raw materials are within 200mm. The fineness of finished product is about 400mesh, which meets the requirements of the industry. After comparing with many mining enterprises at home and abroad, the customer finally chose to cooperate with Tongyong Machinery. Through many negotiations, the customer purchased a complete set of equipment, including crusher-elevator-grinder-powder concentrator.

Technical process
Firstly, the materials of 100-200mm are crushed into small materials (<15mm) by hammer crusher. Then the materials are lifted to stock bin by elevator and are sent into efficient ball mill uniformly by automatic feeder. Through grinding of internal steel ball with steel ball and lining board of ball mill, fine powders that satisfy the fineness requirement enter powder collector via analyzer through the wind force of the fan. And the powders are collected in powder collector. After packaging, finished products are sent to the market.
Customer feedback
In customer feedback, the equipment is in stable operation and this project has created good economic benefits for them. When the project engineering department of Tongyong Machinery designs production process for the customer, they integrates equipment performance and customer site conditions, maximizes processing advantages of ball mill and completely meet the production requirements of customers. The equipment adopts standard dust removal system and the dusting effect meets international standard. The customer is very satisfied with the equipment of Tongyong Machinery.
