Outstanding advantage
The production efficiency of MTW175 European mill is high. The gear integral drive, internal thin oil lubrication system, arc duct and other patented technologies are easy to operate. The energy consumption is low. And the dust emission is low which conforms to national environmental standards. The appearance is exquisite, the curved surface can change blade and cyclone dust collector is isolated which is very popular with customers.
Technical process
The large materials are crushed into the required fineness (30mm) by crusher, and are sent to storage hopper by elevator. Then the materials are sent into grinding chamber of MTW175 grinder by belt conveyor in a uniform, quantitate and continuous way for grinding. After grinding, the materials are sent to powder concentrator by air flow of the fan. Under the function of impeller of the powder concentrator, the materials that do not meet the requirement of fineness fall into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The qualified materials enter cyclone collector via air chute for separation and collection. After they discharged from discharge device, they become finished powders. The whole process belongs to the closed-loop system, and it runs under positive and negative pressure. It is equipped with a pulse dust collector to ensure the production site clean and tidy.
