Project background
The chemical and physical properties of coal seams that are exposed to the surface or buried in shallow soil have changed remarkably after weathering. This part of coal is called weathering coal. It is mainly used to improve the physical and chemical properties of the soil, improve the saline-alkali soil, enhance the capacity of soil water storage, and improve the supply of nutrient elements.
Customer requirements
In 2017, an organic fertilizer manufacturer in Zhunger Banner, Inner Mongolia wanted to add a grinding mill, and the capacity was about 6 t/h. It was used for fine processing for weathering coal. After on-site investigation and raw material analysis, technical personnels in our company found the customer's material had high water content. Combined with the actual situation, they designed a set of reasonable and perfect production process, which received the recognition from the customers.

Technical Process
The customer site is wide enough. In order to guarantee smooth installation of the equipment foundation and the machine, we plan to build the equipment foundation first, and then build the plant after installation of the machine. Production process: The material is transported to raw material warehouse by forklift, then the material in raw material warehouse is lifted to transition stock bin by elevator and is transported to YGM130 high-pressure suspension grinder by automatic feeder below. The finished product is transported to finished product warehouse next door by screw conveyor.
