Project background
Limestone grinding powder production line in Nanchuan, Chongqing is a project put into production in June, 2017. The fineness of the finished product includes 100 mesh and 250 mesh. It is mainly used in aluminum and electric enterprises and lime powder supply in concrete mixing plant. Through on-the -spot investigation of Tongyong Mining Machinery Co.,ltd (TYM), the site is selected on a vacant lot near the client’s sandstone production line considering transportation cost, material cost and other factors. It makes full use of existing infrastructure to reduce the cost of the entire production line.

Technical Process
The raw material is imported to big stock bin with existing sand truck. Then the material is sent into high pressure suspension grinder uniformly by automatic feeder. After grinding of the grinding roller and ring of the grinder, fine powders that meet the fineness requirement enter powder collector through analyze engine. The powders are collected and stored in powder collector and transported to finished product warehouse by elevator. The whole process belongs to the closed-loop system, and it runs under positive and negative pressure. It is equipped with a pulse dust collector to ensure the production site clean and tidy.
