Project Background

Gypsum grinding powder calcination production line for Columbia customer is a project put into production in March,2017. It is mainly used for processing gypsum whose size of raw material is within 30mm. The fineness of finished product is 200-500mesh. And finished products are used for industrial materials, building materials and other fields. After customers visited the production field of TYM and negotiated in detail, they chose a full set of equipment including YGM160 high pressure suspension grinder, crusher, elevator, stock bin, feeder and electric cabinet,etc.

Technical Process

Its technical process mainly includes: Large materials are crushed into small materials by crusher and are lifted to small stock bin by elevator. Then they are sent to the grinder uniformly by electro-vibrating feeder. After grinding, the fineness can reach 200-500mesh. The qualified materials are blown to grader above the grinder by the fan and are transmitted to powder collector. The materials are lifted to the furnace by elevator. After calcining, they are lifted to finished product warehouse by elevator. They are equipped with two mouth baler and tank car and are transported to the destination finally.

Our project is now in stable operation, with production increased by 10-20%. There is no problem with the equipment. It is easy to operate and easy to maintain. Dust removal is also good. We are satisfied with high cost performance of Tongyong Machinery.
