Life can not be separated from attapulgite clay, such as cosmetics raw materials, mosquito repellent incense packing, battery coating, desiccant, soil improvement, metal ion adsorption and mould adsorption,etc. In 2014, Gansu Zhangye mining company needed a set of grinding production line. It was used for processing and production of attapulgite clay ore and the daily capacity was 15-20 tons. After on-site inspection, technical personnels of Tongyong Machinery found that the site of the customer’s production park was wide enough. In order to ensure the project was carried out as soon as possible, it is suggested that the plant should be built after equipment installation. After the technical scheme came out, the customer was very satisfied and the project went into operation smoothly.

Technical process

The material enters raw material bin via forklift. Materials in the raw material bin are transported to YGM85 main engine by automatic feeder in the lower end for grinding. The finished product is delivered to packing machine by powder collector.
