Vibrating feeder can uniformly, regularly and continuously feed blocky and granular materials to material receptor from storage hopper, at the same time roughly screen the materials so that it has been widely used as a joint facility of crushing and screening machines in metallurgy, coal mine, beneficiation, building material, chemistry and grinding, etc.
Vibrating screen consists of feeding silo, vibration exciter, spring support and transmission device, etc. Among them, vibration source is the vibration exciter which is composed of two eccentric shafts (driving and driven shaft) and gear pair. The motor drives the driving shaft through V-belt and the driving shaft drives the driven shaft. Driving and driven shafts simultaneously rotate reversely making the feeding silo vibrate and deliver materials to the receptor.
