Bucket elevator is a vertical conveyor machine that continuously transmits materials using a series of hoppers uniformly fixed in sideless traction. It is applicable for delivery from lower place to higher place and its transmission capacity can be adjusted in accordance with transmission speed and its height can be adjusted as needed. Bucket elevator can lift powder, granular and blocky materials such as grain, coal, cement, and broken ore, etc. with an affordable temperature range of<250° and a maximum lifting height of 40m. Advanced design principle ensures its running reliability, convenient operation, less maintenance, few vulnerable parts and low using cost.
Low driving power: the bucket elevator adopts flow-through feed, inducing discharge and intensive placing of large capacity hoppers so that there hardly is material returning and packing showing high efficiency. Wide application: bucket elevator has few requirements for material type and natures and it can convey ordinary powder and small particles as well as materials with high milling performance having good sealing and less pollution.

Bucket elevator consists of hopper, driving device, top and bottom rollers (or chain wheels), belt (or drag chain), tensioning device and housing. When it is working, the hopper scoops materials up and raises up along with belt or drag chain and then turns upside down after around the top roller and materials are poured into the material receptor and the belt is installed around the drive roller and the bend roller. Belt bucket elevator usually adopts rubber belt as its transmission belt around the upper and the lower drive roller and bend roller. Centrifugal bucket conveyor with circle chains usually has two parallel driving chain with a pair of drive chain wheels up and down which are the bend chain wheel. Bucket elevator usually has a housing to prevent dust flying during conveying.
